Reservation Policy. – to secure a reservation you should make a bank transfer to account number: BANESTO: 0030 5093 53 0389331273, for 50% of the total or authorise La Morada de Juan de Vargas, to charge a deposit of 50% of the total to your credit card to guarantee your reservation.

Reservations must be for a minimum of two nights during weekends and three nights during Public Holidays. (ie during high season).

Cancellation Policy

The client reserves the right to withdraw from the contracted services at any time and will be entitled to a refund of the monies paid less a compensation to the establishment in accordance with the amounts indicated below (the following percentages of advance payment totals will be applied)

1. 5% if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival.
2. 
   40% if the cancellation is made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival.
3. 
   60% if the cancellation is made between 15 and 7 days prior to arrival.
4. 
   100% if the cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to arrival.
