Reservation Policy: To secure a reservation you should make a bank transfer to account number:

IBAN: E573-0030-5093-5303-8933-1273, for 50% of the total or authorise La Morada de Juan de Vargas, to charge a deposit of 50% of the total to your credit card to guarantee your reservation.

Reservations must be for a minimum of two nights during weekends and three nights during National Holidays. (ie during high season).

Cancellation Policy:

The client reserves the right to withdraw from the contracted services at any time and will be entitled to a refund of the monies paid less a compensation to the establishment in accordance with the amounts indicated below (the following percentages of advance payment totals will be applied)

1. 5% if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival.
2. 
   40% if the cancellation is made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival.
3. 
   60% if the cancellation is made between 15 and 7 days prior to arrival.
4. 
   100% if the cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to arrival.
